ATLAS CLIENT MANAGEMENT TERMS OF SERVICE

4. Subscription & Payment

If you purchase a paid subscription:

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

We may change our pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before the new rates take effect.

5. Trials & Promotions

Any free trial is offered at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or end a trial at any time without notice.

All software, content, and materials within the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your business purposes only.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, email providers, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, performance, or policies of these third-party services.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
